Mary W. Brown has over 20 years experience in hospital management.  Prior to joining Innovative Healthcare Solutions, Ms. Brown was CEO for a major teaching hospital in an integrated delivery system. She has developed special expertise in the management of integrated provider delivery systems, managing risk-based reimbursement, strategic initiatives and governance issues. Her unique vantage point provides her the ability to identify leaders who can help organizations achieve their stated vision.

After receiving an MBA from Wharton Graduate School of Business, Ms. Brown worked in both community hospitals and in major academic facilities. She maintains current knowledge of the hospital industry through her ongoing consulting activities.

Ms. Brown is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the American Hospital Association. She has served on a national advisory panel for the AHA and as a Regent-at-Large and Governor-at-Large for ACHE. She has also served on numerous professional society boards.
