Nan M. Wallis is the President and founder of Innovative Healthcare Solutions, a New Orleans based firm specializing in healthcare consulting and executive recruitment services. With an MBA from Tulane University and 16 years of health industry experience, she is highly skilled in health care operations, personnel development, management and strategic planning. Prior to founding Innovative Healthcare Solutions, Ms. Wallis worked for 10 years in executive level positions at various managed care organizations. Her experience provides added insight in managed care executive searches.

Ms. Wallis has conducted successful searches for a wide range of assignments involving CEOs, Vice Presidents, Medical Directors and other senior and mid-level executives in managed care organizations, integrated delivery systems, insurance companies and Independent Physician Associations. Her consulting experience includes assignments in IPA, PHO and MSO development, development of managed care organizations, strategic planning, market analyses and marketing strategy for provider systems.

She has served on the boards of the South Central Region of the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations, the Health Underwriters Association and the Women's Healthcare Executive Network.
